Sriyan Veg Cutlet

Sriyan Veg Cutlet

Ingredients:
Carrot - finely chopped
Beans - finely chopped
Potato
Ginger - finely chopped
Garlic - finely chopped
onion - finely chopped
Salt
Oil
Coriander powder - 2 table spoon
Gram Masala - 1 table spoon
Chilli powder - As desire
Coriander leaves - few
Bread crumbs - few
Rava - few
All purpose flour - 3 spoons
Curry leaves - As desire

Procedure:
Boil potato
Heat pan, put oil add zeera and mustard seeds oncce cracked add ginger, garlic onion after few second add all veggies, Saute for a while now add all masala powders and leaves. Add little bit water and cook all the veggies.

Mix boiled potato and veggies make like a patty dip  in bread crumbs+Rava mix and madia

Now deep fry in oil. YUMMY YUMMY Sriyan Veg cutlet is ready to serve now.
